The free official reminder

The DVSA sends free MOT reminders by text or email, one month before a car's MOT is due. You sign up on GOV.UK with the number plate and your mobile number or email. It's run by the government, not by us.

When is my MOT due?

The registration is only used to look up the DVSA record. Nothing you type is saved, and the calendar file is made on your device.
